Join Nadia, yoga teacher and author of The Yoga Manifesto for an afternoon of practise tea and chat hosted by Om Shanti Yoga Living . The afternoon will kick off with a 60 minute dynamic practice ending with some restful floor-based Yin postures. Yoga is most effective when used as a tool to overcome challenges and how it supports us to show up as the best versions of ourselves when and where we can. After practise we’ll come together for sharing ideas and conversation.

Nadia has been invited to join Yogasara’s Teacher Training course to facilitate an afternoon of conversation that will look at the history of yoga’s spiritual roots within the context of contemporary western culture. Drawing inspiration from key themes from Nadia’s book, The Yoga Manifesto, discussion topics will include: how yoga has evolved in response to western cultural influences, yoga philosophy, neo-colonialism, capitalism and consumerism.
Guernsey: Yoga class and conversation
Join author and yoga teacher Nadia for an afternoon of practise and conversation. We’ll kick off with a 75-minute practice moving from one posture to the next through a flowing vinyasa sequence that ends with floor-based contemplative shapes to rest the body and quieten the mind. After class we’ll gather for tea and conversation to discuss key themes in Nadia's book and answer any questions you might have.

Amsterdam: 2023 yearly Teachers' workshop program
At Equal Yoga we believe that the quality of our yoga classes starts with you. London: Yoga + Sound Bath for Beltane
Join Sound Healer Kate Stewart and Nadia Gilani teacher and author of The Yoga Manifesto to celebrate a belated Beltane (also known as May Day). Beltane is a Celtic festival that falls on May 1st halfway between the spring equinox and the coming summer solstice. It celebrates spring at its peak, and the coming summer. We’ll be using this time as an opportunity to check in with where we are at this point in the year, welcoming wherever that might be and taking time to focus on what we want to cultivate more of for an abundant rest of year.

The focus will be on cultivating energy and practising ways to conserve it in preparation for Spring.
