Revolutionising Yoga. Sharing it with People. One Practise at a Time.
The Yoga Manifesto tour was a series of workshops with Nadia across the UK from Autumn 2022-Summer 2023. Each event included a yoga practise + Q&A for sharing experiences and ideas in a speakeasy-style get together. The aim was simple: to connect and build community; bringing the spirit and ethos of Nadia’s book to life and pave the way for a revolution of modern yoga.
#16 North Shields: Making yoga more accessible and inclusive
As part of her UK tour Nadia will be delivering a 75-minute yoga session followed by a Q&A session on the theme of making yoga more inclusive and accessible.
#15 Nairn: Yang to Yin Class and Conversation
Join Nadia, yoga teacher and author of The Yoga Manifesto for an afternoon of practice, tea and chat. The afternoon will kick off at 5:30pm with a 90 minute dynamic practice ending with some restful floor-based Yin postures. After practise we’ll come together for tea, sharing ideas and conversation at the Highland Weigh.
#14 Isle of Skye: Dynamic + Yoga Nidra
Join author and yoga teacher Nadia for an evening of practise tea and conversation. The evening will kick off with a 75minute dynamic practice moving from one posture to the next through a flowing vinyasa sequence that ends with a deeply restorative practise of Yoga Nidra to rest the body and awaken the mind. After class we’ll gather for vegetarian and vegan food and conversation.
#13 Glasgow: Dynamic Vinyasa + Yoga Nidra plus Q&A
Join Nadia for an afternoon of practise, chai and conversation. The afternoon will kick off with a 90 minute dynamic energising practice that moves into a meditative finishing sequence designed to rest the body and quieten the mind. The class will end with Yoga Nidra which is designed to deeply rest the body and awaken the mind. After class you’ll have the opportunity to hear Nicole McMahon in conversation with Nadia about her book The Yoga Manifesto and ask any questions you might have.

#11 East Dulwich: Ashtanga-based Class + Conversation
Join Nadia, yoga teacher and author of 'The Yoga Manifesto: How Yoga Helped Me And Why It Needs To Save Itself'. The afternoon will kick off with a 60 minute dynamic practice rooted in Ashtanga and accessible to all, followed by conversation, warming house chai and Q&A with Nadia and Oru Space’s Miriam Brightbart.

#9 Bournemouth: Dynamic Practise + Yoga Nidra + Q&A
The afternoon will kick off with a 75 minute dynamic practice ending with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra. After practise we’ll come together for tea and conversation with Nadia and Nick Baines around key themes in The Yoga Manifesto.

Join author and yoga teacher Nadia for a mid-morning yoga practise tea and conversation. The morning will kick off with a 75 minute energising dynamic practice. After class you’ll have the opportunity to hear Soul Mates founder Hayley Yates in conversation with Nadia about her book.
#7 Walthamstow: Yang to Yin Yoga to welcome in the New Year + Q&A
As one year closes and a new one unfolds, join Nadia for a 75 minute dynamic practice (in-person and ONLINE) ending with some restful floor-based Yin postures. This practise will be centred around the theme of endings and beginnings and hope - key themes in Nadia’s book.

A 75 minute class including a dynamic practice ending with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra. After practise we’ll come together for tea and conversation.

A cosy winter’s Friday night including a 75 minute dynamic practice followed by tea and conversation discussing themes in Nadia’s book.
