Join guest teacher, Nadia Gilani for a 60 minute dynamic practice moving from one posture to the next through a flowing vinyasa sequence. We will end with floor-based contemplative shapes to rest the body and quieten the mind. As with all Nadia’s classes this is open to all levels of experience from newcomers to old-time movers!
