Join Nadia for an afternoon of practise tea and conversation. The afternoon will kick off with a 90 minute dynamic energising practice that moves into a meditative finishing sequence designed to rest the body and quieten the mind. The class will end with Yoga Nidra which is designed to deeply rest the body and awaken the mind. After class you’ll have the opportunity to hear Nicole McMahon in conversation with Nadia about her book The Yoga Manifesto and ask any questions you might have.
